Our Shipping Policy
How It Works
The Royal Mail is the preferred method of sending orders. Larger orders will be sent by Parcelforce. Shipping in the UK usually takes two or three days but owing to on-going strike action this time maybe extended. All orders will be sent via “tracked” to ensure of its arrival.
Return Policy
How We Do It
If a book(s) are damaged in transit then proof will need to be established. This can be done by sending a photo of the damaged item via email. A replacement or refund can then be dispatched. Your right to an exchange of faulty/damaged items has a return period greater than 30 days in accordance with your statutory rights where we will refund to your original payment via a bank transfer.
We operate a strict “no returns policy” if the buyer decides to change their mind after the order has been sent or fulfilled. (Returned books are never new again and cannot be resold.)
Warranty Information
Our Policy
There are no warranties attached to these books. We cannot be responsible for how a buyer treats their books and will not send replacement items if damage occurs after purchase and delivery.
